Bending stands as one of the most common operations involving sheet metal. A sheet metal bending press enables the manipulation of metal through cold deformation, allowing for the creation of various shapes, including complex bends.
To ensure bending accuracy, we utilize a CNC-machine capable of processing workpieces up to 3000mm wide with a force of 120t. The maximum thickness of the workpiece is determined by the sheet material. We employ accurate and straightforward bending methods, employing a diverse array of bending tools (punch + matrix) and V-shaped matrices for bending different metal thicknesses.
Materials: We bend all types of carbon steel, as well as galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
