TURNING OPERATIONS

Metal turning stands as one of the most common operations in the mechanical processing of metal products. Its core objective involves shaping a part into the desired form by removing excess metal on the lathe. This technology utilizes specialized cutters, drills, multi-blade tools (reamers), and other devices.

On our machines, we process blanks with a maximum length of 1200mm and a diameter of 260mm. For workpieces longer than 1200mm, the maximum allowable diameter is 80mm. The machine’s electronic measuring system ensures an error of less than 0.01mm.

Materials: Similar to our other metal machining services, we are equipped to work with a variety of materials. However, our specialization primarily lies in turning carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and plastic.
